       A full analysis/overview of your wireless usage/billing.
  We will download three months of billing and project your savings in a detailed report.
       Monitor your bills/usage, and optimize all rate plans on a bi-monthly basis.
 
Optimization means we will ensure that actual usage (with reasonable overage projections as well) match the rates being paid. We go through every bill, sometimes thousands of pages, line by line. And in many cases, we immediately recover overpayments and incorrect charges. And we keep on it, month after month.
       Optimize all add-on features on a monthly basis.
 
(i.e. text messages, multimedia messages, SMS messages, nationwide and international direct connect, data packages based on data kilobyte usage, etc). This ensures that expensive extras aren’t building up, a dollar at a time..
       Continue to monitor current cellular and radio usage mid-billing cycle .
 
This allows us to better monitor usage, process plan changes to prevent overage changes based on projections, and also identify zero usage phones that can be put on standby.
       Billing Allocation.
 
Typically, companies with more than one location often have sub accounts (or completely different accounts.) But if usage is even just a little different (as is always the case), the client is almost always overpaying by doing it this way (and it’s almost impossible to see where the overpayment is, or why it’s happening.) So our service consolidates/manages everything as one large account, even if you are global. The key is, we manage this “one account” with the optimization we describe above, making this truly the best of both worlds – you get the savings and buying power that “one large account” is entitled to, plus you get the detailed “line by line” optimization and reporting.        We handle all procurement and equipment, including tech support for your people.
 
Your company will be assigned a dedicated support person (or team) that will handle all wireless equipment and support issues. For example, if someone on the road has an issue with their phone, they call us, and we’ll help them, whether it means walking them through the issue, or even getting them a new phone. We also install all business apps, program phones, order new accessories/equipment (at a 30% discount), add/remove plans/services, change numbers/users, and anything else needed.
 
We then ensure that you always have a complete view of the entire wireless picture, by virtue of our state-of-the-art TEMA reporting software.

Reports from Intratem also can reflect individual employee usage and will indicate if your company is paying for expensive options such as 411 calls, text messaging, and custom rings. We can determine whether your company cell phones are being used per company policy as well as if they are being underutilized while you are paying full service rates.
