Welcome to Allied Universal
Enclosed is your new Allied Universal Smart Phone
Please follow the steps below to activate your new phone with your DMS phone number
- The new phone is active with a temporary phone number and can be set up with your contacts, photos, etc.
- To transfer data, please open the VERIZON CONTENT TRANSFER app on your new AUS phone
- Follow steps to transfer selected content
- When ready to activate your DMS mobile number on to your AUS phone, send an email to aus.mobile.support@intratem.com or call 800-254-5404 and provide the following:
- DMS mobile number
- AUS temporary mobile number
- DMS Employee ID
- Please type in the email subject line: DMS Activation
- Carry both phones until port activation is complete
Your new phone has been pre-configured according to Allied Universal standards.
Do not attempt to reset or re-configure your new phone.
Allied Universal is managing your corporate provided device with Ivanti Neurons and Lookout for Work. Any attempt to reset or otherwise compromise the configuration we have provided is a breach of AUS Mobile Policy.
